But I go by another name… I go by the name of Jesus. And while I have made that choice, I am also aware that Jesus said…You did not choose me, but I chose you…I am also aware, that I was not the first one to put the name of Jesus onto myself.

There are those who don’t need external authority and laws, because who they are and how they live is based on an internal authority of love and care and respect. In spiritual direction , we would say that they have found their true self. They have let God come alive within them.

But the process itself of the seeking, knocking and asking, not to satisfy ego, but to give oneself to universal love, is itself a loving act.
