2009-2010 Activities

We’ve got a full slate of activities planned for the coming year, including a First Presbyterian Church lock-in, a visit to the Mill Woods rec centre, and a wiener roast & marshallow toast at Hawrelak Park. Most activities will be on Friday evenings, and rides can be arranged if necessary. Contact youth@firstpresbyterian.ca to sign up, and bring your friends!

Steve

Steve Colgan

Steve is an education student at the University of Alberta and has been Youth Leader at First Presbyterian Church since 2005. He was part of the Canada Youth Planning Team for Community Life in 2009 and participated in Youth Ministry Training Track in 2000 and 2003. He plays tons of sports, loves riding his motorcycle, and has a hedgehog named Popple.

Holly

Holly Parkis

Holly is a writer & web designer. She sings alto in the First Presbyterian Church Choir, loves to cook, and once threw up on a whale. She and her husband Matt moved to Edmonton in 2005. Ask her what a ctenophore is.
