Arts performances, community gatherings, meetings, fitness classes, meal events, dancing. The sanctuary, with its excellent acoustics and warm setting, suits choral, instrumental and dramatic performance.

Four spaces, one elevator
An elevator off the parking lot reaches both the main floor — sanctuary and Newcombe Room — and the basement Wallace Room.

Fees
Set on a case-by-case basis
Many of the groups who use the building are non-profit organizations.
For arts groups, fees include one rehearsal, access to the building, and security and caretaking. One-time, seasonal and longer-term rentals are available as space and timing permit. First-time renters may be asked for a deposit.
